Organizational psychologist and Professor of Business Psychology at University College London and Columbia University, Dr. Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic, currently the Chief Talent Scientist at Manpower Group, specializing in the areas of personality profiling & leadership development explains incompetent leadership. Author of Why Do So Many Incompetent Men Become Leaders?, Dr.Tomas highlights the role of organizational systems and leadership types in perpetuating terrible leadership.

British-Ghanian philosopher and Professor of Philosophy and Law at New York University, Kwame Anthony Appiah, notable for his work in highlighting human behavior and social reform in his works The Honor Code: How Moral Revolutions Happen, and The Lies that Bind: Rethinking Identity. Kwame discusses the role of globalization, populism and cosmopolitanism in informing societal change and fostering various types of leadership.

Co-author of Steadfast Democrats: How Social Forces Shape Black Political Behavior, and Professor of Government and Legal Studies at Bowdoin College, Chryl Laird gives insight into the role of grassroots activism in upending the status quo of political systems. Award winning Turkish-British author, essayist and academic, Elif Shafak discusses her latest release How to Stay Sane in an Age of Division. Elif gives insight into how change is enacted and nurtured during the current turbulent times we’re living through.
