We also hear from Synergy Theatre Project - a UK organization that uses the the arts to transform the lives of inmates.

Stance meets Lydia Higginson - a girl who made her own clothes over the course of one year after being sexually assaulted at gunpoint, channeling her horrific experience into something that was honest and healing.
